I can't open my material
Make sure you're using an up-to-date PDF reader, such as Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader. Both are free and you should be able to open and print the material without any problems.
Because many of our materials consist of multiple files, they are often packaged together as a ZIP file. Most common computers already have a ZIP or archive program that will allow you to open such a file without any problems. If this is not the case on your computer, you can find free programs online (e.g. “7-Zip”).
Alternatively, you can also open your material in a browser and print it from there (“Open with”). Please also check if you have any pre-installed plug-ins on your computer. These may prevent materials from being downloaded and should be disabled temporarily (i.e. for the duration of the download) if this is the case.
A password prompt appears when opening
Some authors protect their materials so that, for example, illustrations can't be extracted from the documents and reused. This protection causes some PDF readers to ask for a password. This shouldn't be a problem if you're using Adobe or Foxit Reader.
If anything doesn't work as expected, please don't hesitate to ask for help at contact_us@eduki.com. If you get an error message on your screen when you open the file, it's helpful to include a screenshot of it in your email to us.
