In the ‘Upload & edit material’ overview, find the material in which you want to replace the file. You will then see the ‘pencil’ symbol ("edit") to the right of the material - if you click on it, you will be taken to the upload process where you can add the new file and then delete the old file.
How do I inform customers who have already purchased the material about my changes?
To inform customers who have already purchased the material about the change, you should proceed as follows:
- Add the new file (tip: use a different file name beforehand so that you can tell the files apart) and then delete the incorrect file.
- Then click on ‘Save’ - a yellow box should now appear in which you can inform your customers about the change. They will receive an email with the relevant information and can now download the material again.
