What are eduki credits?
New authors receive a one-time credit of €25 after uploading their first 5 (activated) materials. You can use the eduki credits for your purchases at eduki.
Please note: The credits are valid for three months!
Where can I view my credit balance?
Details about your remaining credit balance and expiry date can be found under the ‘Credit’ (Dutch: Krediet) menu option.
Can I have the credit paid out as a fee or convert my income into credit?
No, the credit is intended exclusively for use on eduki. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to convert your payments into credit.
