We protect your materials by not using uploads to train the AI and by tagging all AI-generated content with invisible metadata. Only buyers of your materials can use them in their own lessons with the tools provided. Our Terms and Conditions state that they cannot re-upload or resell the results.
More specifically, the Language Learning Model (LLM) uses original materials as source data without actually reusing them. The way AI tools are based on original materials depends on the prompt provided, but they are designed to treat the latter as inspiration rather than reuse them.
This applies in particular to clip art and visualizations, which are not reused in the output, as the AI tools only use text from your files. As a result, your artwork remains protected, and any manual copying would violate eduki's copyright policy.
In any case, only content that is not based on third-party materials may be published, and according to our new terms of use, it must be clearly marked with: “Created with the eduki AI tool.”
